• Enrollment: Drop in, once a week, or twice a week
• What happens: Fun drills, obstacle courses, team games, and playful mini-matches.
• Parent role: Cheering squad — parents step back a little more but stay part of the encouragement.
• Focus: Agility, teamwork, coordination, and love for the game.
